O Spooky Tree

(In the basic melody of O Christmas tree)

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
Your leaves have all fallen I see
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
I have become afraid of thee
You are barren throughout the year
And leave me feeling with drear fear
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
You give me anxiety

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
Your branches look like creepy bones
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
When the wind blows, it sounds like moans
I think of you all through the night
You fill my mind all full of fright
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
You're out there standing alone

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
We took you into our warm home
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
And set you beside the little gnome
Branches of you my fearsome tree
Skeleton reaching to get me
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
In here standing in the dark

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
I’ll string some lights all over thee
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
It brightens you up and delights me
Under I set a kettle black
Treats will fill before mornings back
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
Lights sparkle and give you life

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
Adorn your branches with decor
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
From your top and down to the floor
Set a pumpkin in hopes it’s filled
It would give a wonderful thrill
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
I hope for delights from thee

O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
When Errch visits don’t let him miss
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
A note I’ll leave which goes like this
In a glass is witches brew
I made the black punch just for you
O Spooky Tree, O Spooky Tree
Halloween is coming soon
